Overture

Overture is a 2.0 Hard 5* level created by Fault. It is the second level in the Fire Gauntlet, after OuterSpace and before First Race.

Gameplay[]

0-21%: The level starts with a half-speed ball section with very simple gameplay, going up and down between platforms with a few jump orbs. Halfway through the ball, it changes to double speed, and then it changes to a triple-speed auto cube section that goes to the drop.
22-44%: The drop starts with a double-speed ship where the player must maneuver up and down between pillars, then do a short straight fly in 3x speed. It slows back down to double speed, where the player must collect a key to open the path in front and maneuver around more pillars. The level then fades to white and transitions into a UFO, where the player must also maneuver around pillars and enter gravity portals.
45-67%: It then transitions into a robot with very simple jump and orb gameplay, then a cube with more jumping and orbs.
68-86%: It then slows down to normal speed for a ball section with simple jumps and orbs. This section also has jump pads and speed changes that sync with the music.
87-100%: The level then slows down to half speed for the final cube section. This section has simple cube jumps over spikes and on pillars, while the lyrics of the song ("Angels in the sky, I wanna show you") appear on screen. The level ends with some jump pads and "GG" can be seen.

User Coins[]

The first user coin is located at 8%, during the first ball segment. The player needs to jump towards the coin, and a teleport portal will put them back on the main path.
The second user coin is located at 32%, during the ship section. The player must fly through between two blocks near the bottom of the screen to obtain it.
The third and final user coin is located at 87%, during the last cube part. It is hidden behind the letter A in the word "Angels", and the player must simply jump off the pillar to collect it.

If the player crashes at the first obstacle by not clicking, the text will appear saying, “Click to switch gravity!”.
This was originally the fourth level in the Fire Gauntlet, but it was moved to second when the gauntlet was rearranged.

The Chaos Gauntlet is not in the Gauntlets' menu by default. To access it, the player must meet The Creature, which can be found in The Basement, and click the blue lock.

During 2.2's initial release, the Chaos Gauntlet was inaccessible due to The Challenge being permanently locked due to a bug. This has since been resolved, and is now accessible once more.

Completing all 5 levels will reward the player with a chest containing a spider icon and 10 diamonds. This Gauntlet rewards a total of 50 stars, 60 diamonds, and 2500 mana orbs upon completion (excluding the chest reward). Due to The Challenge being permanently removed from Update 2.2 the Demon Gauntlet cannot be unlocked.
