This may sound very strict, but should be done to stop new users adding nonsense to the page. E.g., adding Black Blizzard on the list even though it's not on the list yet, or changing Yatagarasu back to 1st place.

It's simple, anyone who adds random nonsense will be banned for a short time, 3 days if they're new, or a week if they're not. The block length will be one week for the second time, and will double after that. Regardless of your choice, the false edits will still be rollbacked.

This may not be the best way to stop it, but feels like it should be done. What's the chance of you getting blocked anyways?
