Toxin Lab III is a 2.0 Insane Demon created by Xaro and verified by Mazl. As its name suggests, it is the third level in the Toxin Lab series and thus the trequel of Toxin Lab.
Gameplay[]
This is the trequel of Toxin Lab and is very difficult due to the huge amount of difficult timings, fakes, trolls, and mostly gravity- and size changes.
The most detailed part of the level is at 29% when the music drops, and the objects seen during the drop of the level will shake via move triggers, as there is an animated background that will flash in the colors of yellow, red, orange, and green.
Another detailed part during the drop is when "broken" or "cracked" screens can be found, which seems to be the effect of the so-called 'toxin' in the level. A similar effect is used in Nine Circles XII.
The level boasts detailed effects, difficult parts, crucial timings, and focus on music sync.
Lastly, the level ends with a ship sequence containing the creator's name (Xaro), the words "Cinci Wins" with a heart pulsing decoration, and "THANKS MAZL", indicating that Mazl verified the level for Xaro.

- The song was originally going to be Sheol, a song collaboration by Xtrullor and Panda Party, but it was changed.
- It is the hardest level in the Toxin Lab series.
- The sequel, Toxin Lab IV, was the fifteenth Demon to get an Epic rating.
